REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Returns

We only accept returns for broken or faulty items. We have a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, we will unfortunately be unable to accept the return.

For your refund to be accepted, the item you purchased should be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us first. If your return is accepted, you will be sent a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You will need to incur the return shipping costs.

NOTE: You need to contact us first before sending your product(s) to us, otherwise the return will be void. 

CANCELLING ORDERS / CHANGING ORDERS

This is a handmade item and once production is started, we cannot cancel or change your order. Please verify carefully all the details of your order before confirming it. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. As mentioned before, we can only cancel the order if the item has not been put into production yet. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and send out a replacement as soon as possible. Please attach an image of the damaged/wrong item in your email for a speedy process.

Refunds

Late arrival

Unless caused by Postal strikes, any order delivered after 60 days will be refunded.

Proof will be requested by our customer support team for review and approval. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable period of time.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are sometimes delayed. Before contacting us, we recommend that you check your bank account again. The funds might already be there. Secondly, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Your next option is to check with your bank. Banks have a processing time which should be taken into consideration.

If you have run out of options and you’re still waiting for your refund, please contact us.
